中國地質大學長城學院本科畢業(yè)設計外文資料翻譯 系 別： 工程技術系 專 業(yè)： 機械設計制造及其自動化 姓 名： 宮賀冉 學 號： 05211639 2015年 4 月 1 日切管機 金屬切管機是一種主要用于車輛，工業(yè)或建材生產中的下料工作的機器工作對象主要為各種型號各種材料的管材 此次的設計主要是針對車輛用金屬管材進行加工的切管機，完成的工作主要是切管機中滾子，機體和減速箱部分的設計包括傳動裝置的設計和計算，其中有電動機的選擇，傳動方案的擬訂，各軸的轉速，功率和轉矩的計算總體結構的設計，其中有各軸尺寸的設計，各主要傳動件的結構尺寸的設計并且針對以上的設計計算進行了詳細的校核最后通過得到的數(shù)據(jù)，繪制了總體裝配圖，減速機和滾子部分的裝配圖然后又針對各主要基本件，繪制了多張零件圖 此次設計所完成的產品主要用于車用通風，通水管本產品在生產中應用可以提高產品質量和經濟效益，降低勞動強度? 數(shù)控機床的網(wǎng)絡化將極大地滿足柔性生產線、柔性制造系統(tǒng)、制造企業(yè)對信息集成的需求，也是實現(xiàn)新的制造模式，如敏捷制造（Agile Manufacturing，AM）、虛擬企業(yè)（Virtual Enterprise，VE）、全球制造（Global Manufacturing，GM）的基礎單元。
