Party B is entitled with all legal holidays in accordance with the state’s regulations 四、 雇傭合同的解除和終止Ⅳ Contract Cancellation and Termination4.1 合同期滿雙方不再續(xù)簽或者雙方約定的合同終止條件出現(xiàn)時，雇傭合同即終止This contract shall be terminated once it expires and both parties do not extend the contract.4.2 經(jīng)合同雙方當(dāng)事人協(xié)商一致，本合同可以解除The contract may be canceled based on both parties’ mutual negotiation.4.3 乙方因歸國或其他私人原因未正常出勤且超過十天且未向甲方做出書面說明的，本合同自動終止The contract will automatically terminate in case Party B is absent for over 10 days without written explanation due to homecoming or other private reasons. 五、其他事項Ⅴ Others5.1 其他未盡事宜，雙方可參照甲方公司內(nèi)部的相關(guān)規(guī)章制度執(zhí)行。

Other items not stipulated by the two parties can be implemented according to the internal rules and regulations of Party A.5.2 甲乙雙方均應(yīng)遵守本合同之約定，任何一方違約，非違約方均有權(quán)要求違約方承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的損失The two parties should abide by the contract.
