Freight rate USD 20.00 per Metric ton FIOST,CQD both ends.每公噸運(yùn)費(fèi)20美元,船舶出租人不負(fù)責(zé)貨物裝卸、積載、平艙費(fèi),在裝卸港口按港口習(xí)慣盡快裝卸100% freightprepaid by T/T to the shipowner`s account in US dollars at Singapore after completion of loading before releasing Bill of Lading.在裝完貨后簽發(fā)提單前100%預(yù)付運(yùn)費(fèi)以美元通過電匯至船舶出租人在新加波銀行賬戶Any dues/taxes on vessel,on freight to be for shipowner`s account .Any dues/taxes on cargo to be for charterer`s account.船舶出租人負(fù)責(zé)對運(yùn)費(fèi)和船舶征收的任何稅費(fèi),承租人負(fù)責(zé)對貨物征收的任何稅費(fèi)If charterer fails to ship as agreed quantity,he is liable to pay the deadfreight at thefreight rate as agreed.如果承租人不能提供規(guī)定的貨物數(shù)量,其按照約定的運(yùn)費(fèi)率支付虧艙費(fèi)。

ANDAGAINST SHIPOWNER`S SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS SUCH AS NOTICE OFREADINESS/TIMESHEET/STATEMENT OF FACT WHICH SIGNED AND CONFIRMED BY THE SHIPPING AGENCY AT LOADING/DISCHARGING PORT.裝港滯期費(fèi)或者速遣費(fèi)應(yīng)跟運(yùn)費(fèi)一起結(jié)算,卸港滯期費(fèi)/速遣費(fèi)應(yīng)于卸貨完畢后7天內(nèi)結(jié)算船舶出租人憑相關(guān)單據(jù),如船舶代理人簽字并確認(rèn)的裝卸事實(shí)記錄和裝卸就緒通知書11. FREIGHT RATE: USD20.00PMT ON FIOST BSS 1/1.運(yùn)費(fèi)率:每噸20.00美元,船舶出租人不負(fù)責(zé)裝卸、積載和平艙,一港裝一港卸12. PAYMENT: 100PCT FREIGHT LESS COMM TO BE PAID TO SHIPOWNERSNOMINATED A/C WITHIN 03 BANKING DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF LOADING. FREIGHT TO BEDEEMED EARNED AS CARGO TAKEN ON BOARD,DISCOUNTLESS ANDNON-RETURNABLE WHETHER VSL AND/OR CGO LOST OR NOT. IF CHTRS REQUEST ‘FREIGHT PREPAID’ BS/L, THE SHIPOWNER WILL S/R “FREIGHT PREPAID”BS/L AGAINST COPY OF BANK SLIPS.運(yùn)費(fèi)支付:扣除經(jīng)紀(jì)人傭金后所有運(yùn)費(fèi)應(yīng)于裝貨完畢后的3個(gè)銀行工作日內(nèi)付到船舶出租人賬戶。
運(yùn)費(fèi)在貨物裝船時(shí)被認(rèn)為賺取,無論船舶或者貨物滅失與否,運(yùn)費(fèi)沒有折扣不能退還如果承租人要求簽發(fā)“運(yùn)費(fèi)預(yù)付”提單,那么船舶出租人將憑承租人的運(yùn)費(fèi)電匯底單簽發(fā)13. TENDER AND LAYTIME COMMENCE AS PER GENCON 94, N.O.R.TO BE TENERED AT OFFICE HOUR 0800-1700HRS ON MON TO FRI AND 0800-1200HR ON SAT. LAYTIME FOR LOADING/DISCHARGING SHALLCOMMENCE AT 1300LT WHEN NOR TB TENDERED BEFORE NOON AND 0800LT THE NEXT WORKING DAY IF NOR IS TENDERED AFTER NOON. IF LOADING/DISCHARGING IS MADE BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF LAYTIME, ONLY THE TIME ACTUALLY USED TO BE COUNTED AS LAYTIME.裝卸就緒通知書的遞交和裝卸時(shí)間的起算遵照金康合同1994版本執(zhí)行,裝卸就緒通知書在周一到周五的工作時(shí)間0800-1700內(nèi)遞交,在周六的0800-1200內(nèi)遞交。
如果在上午遞交裝卸就緒通知書,裝卸時(shí)間的起算從下午1300開始,如果在下午遞交,則裝卸時(shí)間從下一個(gè)工作日0800開始起算如果裝卸貨在裝卸時(shí)間起算之前已經(jīng)開始,那么實(shí)際作業(yè)的時(shí)間計(jì)入裝卸時(shí)間16. FUMIGATION TO BE FOR CHTR`S ACCOUNT, ARRANGEMENT AND RISK. SHIPOWNER TO GRANT FREE 12HRS FOR FUMIGATION EACH AT LOADING AND/OR DISCHG PORT.貨物熏蒸應(yīng)由承租人安排并負(fù)責(zé)費(fèi)用和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)船舶出租人同意兩港共24小時(shí)的免費(fèi)熏蒸時(shí)間17. VSL FULL COMPLY WITH ISM CODE N ISPS CODE N HOLD THE CERTIFICATES.船舶完全遵循《國際安全管理規(guī)劃》和《國際船舶與港口設(shè)施保安規(guī)則》并持有證書18. TAXES/DUES ON CGO TO BE FOR CHTR`S ACCT. THE SAME ON FRT/VSL TO BE FORSHIPOWNER`S ACCT.貨物的稅費(fèi)由承租人負(fù)擔(dān),相應(yīng)的有關(guān)運(yùn)費(fèi)和船舶的稅費(fèi)由船舶出租人負(fù)擔(dān)。
19. LIGHTERAGE IF ANY TO BE FOR CHTR`S ACCT.如果發(fā)生駁船費(fèi)用,由承租人負(fù)擔(dān)20. ARBITRATION/GA IF ANY TO BE SETTLED IN HONG KONG, ENGLISH LAW TO APPLY.如果需要仲裁/共同海損,在香港解決,適用英國法律21. CGO RELEASE TO BE AGAINST O/BILL, CGO TO BE ENTIRELY DISCHARGED AGAINSTEITHER ORIGINAL BS/L OR CHTR`S SINGLE L.O.I. IN SHIPOWNER`S PNI WORKING W/O BANK ENDORESEMENT.卸港放貨應(yīng)憑正本提單全部貨物卸貨應(yīng)憑正本提單或者是由承租人出具的按照船東保賠協(xié)會格式的單方面保函,不須銀行擔(dān)保22. SHORE CRANE/FLOATING CRANE IF ANY TO BE FO。
