Please refer to attached .第二條 合同工期 Construction Period本合同的工期自 年 月 日開工至 年 月 日竣工This construction Period is from commencement date of , to completion date of 第三條 裝修審批和資質(zhì) Approval and Qualification of Decoration1、除本合同另有規(guī)定外，乙方同意依法辦理與裝修有關(guān)的所有審批、登記及驗(yàn)收手續(xù)上述審批手續(xù)包括但不限于公安消防部門的審批Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, Party B agrees to complete all the approval, registration and check & accept formalities (the “Approval Formalities”) related to the Decoration Projects as required by law. The Approval Formalities include but not limited to the approval or registration with the authority in charge of public security and fire protection.2、乙方在此向甲方保證，其具備必要的裝修資質(zhì)和其他資質(zhì)。

本合同項(xiàng)下甲方發(fā)包給乙方的所有裝修工程均沒有超出乙方資質(zhì)證書規(guī)定的范圍如果乙方不具備法律要求的相應(yīng)資質(zhì)，由乙方承擔(dān)由此給甲方帶來的所有損失Party B hereby warrants to Party A that it has the necessary qualification for decoration project as well as other qualifications and all the Projects consigned to Party B by Party A under this Agreement are within the business scope as indicated in the qualification certificate(s) of Party B. If Party B does not have the qualification(s) as required by Law, Party B shall bear all the losses incurred by Party A thereof.第四條 工程價(jià)款及付款方式 Contract Amount & Payment Terms1、本工程合同價(jià)款為人民幣： 0000000 元整。

Total Contract Amount: RMB 0000000 元 2、付款方式： Payment terms:（1）100%合同價(jià)款，人民幣：000000元整，在乙方如期完成全部的裝修施工工程并經(jīng)甲方根據(jù)第八條驗(yàn)收合格后，甲方將于收到乙方正式發(fā)票后30天內(nèi)按實(shí)際完成的工作量及投標(biāo)單價(jià)予以結(jié)算支付100% of Contract Amount: RMB 20,890.30 shall be checked and approved according to Article 8 by the Party A after all decoration work has been completed in time. Then payment shall be released by Party A according to actual B&Q within 30 days after the formal receipt has been issued to party A. （2）由于設(shè)計(jì)變更及甲方要求修改等而引起的工程量較大的增減時(shí)，須由乙方編制增減工程預(yù)算書，經(jīng)甲方審核確認(rèn)后，在相應(yīng)的工程進(jìn)度款付款時(shí)予以結(jié)算支付。

When design drawings or the Party A required modification cause big change in B&Q, Party B should first prepare for the additional budget of B&Q. Payment program can be adjusted after the Party A‘s checking and approval. 3、乙方向甲方提供正式稅務(wù)發(fā)票前，甲方?jīng)]有付款義務(wù)Party A will not pay before Party B provides formal taxation invoice to Party A. 第五條 工程質(zhì)量要求 Requirements of Project Quality1、乙方嚴(yán)格按照經(jīng)甲方確認(rèn)的施工圖紙進(jìn)行施工，隨時(shí)接受甲方代表或委派人員的檢查檢驗(yàn)，為檢查檢驗(yàn)提供便利條件同時(shí)施工嚴(yán)格按照國家規(guī)范進(jìn)行，施工滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求，質(zhì)量達(dá)到工程建設(shè)強(qiáng)制性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、其他技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及本合同的規(guī)定否則，甲方有權(quán)要求乙方拆除重建，由此產(chǎn)生的一切費(fèi)用和損失，包括工期延誤的損失，由乙方承擔(dān)。

甲方代表系指甲方指定的履行合同的負(fù)責(zé)人Party B will carry the contract works as the drawings confirmed by Party A. Party B will at any moment receive checks from representative or designated personnel of Party A and make the checks convenient. Works should carry out to the National required standard and design required. Project quality should meet compulsory standards, other technical construction standard for project construction and the regulations in this Contract. Otherwise Party A is entitled to require Party B to dismantle and reconstruct the project. Party B shall be responsible for all the expenses and loss (including delay of construction period) incurred thereof. The representative of Party A is the responsible person designated by Party A for carrying out the Contract.2、工程以包工包料的方式進(jìn)行，材料按甲方指定采購，并應(yīng)當(dāng)符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及環(huán)保要求 (包括但不限于以下<室內(nèi)裝飾裝修材料要求>:　人造板及其制品中甲醛釋放限量 – GB18580-2001; 容積型木器涂料中有害物質(zhì)限量 GB18581-2001; 內(nèi)墻涂料中有害物質(zhì)限量 GB18582-2001; 膠粘劑中有害物質(zhì)限量GB18583-2001; 木家具中有害物質(zhì)限量GB18584-2001; 壁紙中有害物質(zhì)限量GB18585-2001;聚氯乙烯卷材地板有害物質(zhì)限量GB18586-2001;混凝土外加劑中釋放氨的限量GB18588-2001) ，有質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)合格證明和有中文標(biāo)識的產(chǎn)品名稱、規(guī)格、型號、生產(chǎn)廠廠名、廠址等，并符合國家環(huán)保要求。

禁止使用國家明令淘汰的建筑裝修裝飾材料和設(shè)備主要飾面材料要經(jīng)過甲方或甲方指定的監(jiān)理公司核定后方可使用乙方提供的材料、設(shè)備如不符合質(zhì)量要求，或規(guī)格有差異，應(yīng)禁止使用如已使用，甲方有權(quán)要求乙方拆除重建，由此產(chǎn)生的一切費(fèi)用和損失，包括工期延誤的損失，均由乙方承擔(dān) The Project will be conducted in the way that all the materials will be provided by Party B.
